The project strengthens local partners and authorities in Ukraine to develop a resilient, community-driven support system for internally displaced mothers and their children. Focusing on Lviv, it addresses child protection gaps, limited psychosocial support, and weak stakeholder coordination. Schools are assessed as hubs for social services. Key outcomes include enhancing Sincere Heart’s capacity and establishing a memorandum with authorities for a community-based model. The project fosters resilience, improves public service access, and strengthens civil society-government collaboration, integrating best practices from Kenya in multi-stakeholder governance and service alignment.
