Indsatsen består af to dele. Dels produktion af en dokumentarfilm og livet på landet i det bolivianske højland i en tid med forandringer; dels en række visnings- og debatarrangementer. Filmen skal handle om, hvordan livet på landet i Bolivia er udfordret af klimaforandringer, affolkning m.m. og hvordan en familie vælger at navigere i disse udfordringer.
