Resume

The Capacity Accelerated Project (CAP) is an organisational development project that seeks to increase the organisational capacity of YOPP and prepare YOPP to fit for the future. The CAP will provide resources for organisational development of the partner organisations, staff capacity building, as well as the capacity of the board and the leadership of the Local Youth Association (LYAs). An organisational capacity analysis of YOPP has been conducted with recommendations to increase the capacity of YOPP. Local consultants have been identified to facilitate the different capacity areas such as organisational policy reviews, communication, fundraising as well as Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning. The CAP is a process and action oriented project that is preoccupied with both products, but also processes leading to the outputs.
