This intervention seeks to increase the competencies, capacity and skill of local partners in running transparent, professional and efficient NGO's in Freetown Sierra Leone. Based on previous experiences of collaboration as well as the latest CISU monitoring visit in 2021, there is an adament need for the local partners in Sierra Leone to build stronger financial and project/organisational management structures - to further continue working with and for our vulnerable target groups in Freetown. The primary target group for this intervention, however, is key staff and board members from Brighter Horizons Sierra Leone and Pink Power Organisation. Through a series of workshops, seminars and hands-on tools, we plan to increase the capacity and professional know-how for both organisations in running externally financed development projects - for the benefit of the target groups of both organisations. Development of standards, manuals and procedures along TOT will be the main activities.
