Resume

Empowering Minority Youth for Democratic Participation and Social Cohesion in Moldova aims to strengthen democratic engagement, leadership skills and social inclusion of minority youth in rural Moldova, who face barriers due to language exclusion, geographic marginalisation, weak interethnic dialogue and vulnerability to disinformation. The project will support 25 youth through a multilingual Summer Academy on democracy, minority rights and civic leadership, followed by mentoring and an alumni network. A National Minority Youth Forum will gather 100–150 participants to promote dialogue and connect youth voices with decision-makers. Youth-led community initiatives will be supported, and a study visit to Denmark will enable exchange and mutual learning. The intended change is empowered minority youth contributing to more inclusive and resilient communities in Moldova.
