Resume

This intervention addresses the urgent needs of 2,200 internally displaced families in Lebanon, including Palestinian refugees and vulnerable Lebanese, affected by ongoing conflict and displacement. It provides winterization assistance through vouchers redeemable at local shops for essential items, benefiting both displaced families and the local economy. Implemented in Nahr El-Bared camp and surrounding areas, the project prioritizes transparency, inclusion, and collaboration with local authorities, international organizations, and community groups to avoid duplication and maximize impact. Taawon leads beneficiary identification, coordination, and implementation, ensuring adherence to humanitarian principles. The intervention integrates feedback mechanisms, promotes local engagement, and follows a robust MEAL framework. DM-Aid provides oversight, funding, and technical support, ensuring accountability and compliance. This comprehensive approach address immediate needs.
