The project strengthens GEN Ukraine’s institutional capacity and empowers eco-communities to lead sustainable, community-driven responses to the war and recovery. Building on earlier CISU projects and feedback, it focuses on resilience, governance, and advocacy within proven capacities. Activities include strategic planning, SWOT audits, growth plans, community-building trainings, regenerative tolokas, youth workshops, the “MaystryMy” caravan, advocacy sessions, and dialogue with local authorities. Engaging eco-community members, IDPs, youth, and local stakeholders, the project enhances leadership, skills, and cohesion, promoting sustainable living and cooperation between communities, civil society, and authorities. Through the partnership of GEN Ukraine and LOES, it fosters democratic, inclusive, and green development, creating skilled trainers, lasting tools, and stronger alliances that support local regeneration, participatory governance, and long-term resilience across Ukraine.
