This intervention aims to enhance emotional stability, stress resilience, and conflict resolution skills among Ukrainian CSO staff through a three-day residential Nonviolent Communication training for 165 participants from active Ukrainian CSOs representing various areas of work in Ukraine, from humanitarian – to capacity building and development. After three years of war, staff members of these CSOs face overwhelming workloads, leading to emotional instability, toxic stress, and challenges in resolving interpersonal conflicts.
