Resume

The project runs for 10 months in Kumbungu District, Ghana, implemented by PATA Ghana with MiMundo. Building on the previous Show Me My Police project, CPCP strengthens PATA's organisational and safeguarding systems, trains 60 Child Protection Champions, and engages children, families, schools and communities in identifying and responding to child protection concerns. It strengthens referral pathways and dialogue between communities and duty bearers, including police, DOVVSU, Social Welfare and district authorities. The project will directly engage approximately 1,310 people, with particular attention to children and families in rural, underserved communities, including girls and children with disabilities. The intended change is that children, families and community actors become better able to recognise and safely report protection concerns, while local institutions become better connected, more responsive and more accountable — strengthening child safety and community trust.
