Resume

The project empowers young people to take an active role in rebuilding their war-affected communities. By strengthening 18 Youth Hubs across Ukraine, the project provides safe spaces where children and youth - many of whom have been displaced or impacted by the war - can engage in psychosocial and educational activities and rebuild social connections. With war disrupting daily life and leaving many young people without opportunities for engagement, the project offers a much-needed sense of purpose and normalcy. Through Youth Leadership Education, Open Fun Football activities, and community-driven initiatives such as Mine-awareness training, youths are equipped to lead recovery efforts, organize inclusive activities for children, and engage with local stakeholders. The project also strengthens collaboration between youth, civil society, and local authorities, ensuring that young leaders have the tools and networks to contribute meaningfully to social cohesion and resilience in Ukraine.
