The project aims to empower young Moldovans with critical thinking, global citizenship, and civic activism/ engagement skills through collaboration between civil society and rural educational institutions. It introduces interactive methods aligned with the global goals, to enhance civic education, addressing gaps in the current curriculum that prioritizes knowledge over the active participation. Targeting teachers, student-teachers, and youth ambassadors, the project includes Training of Trainers, workshops in schools, and a final conference for stakeholders. It seeks to inspire active local and global participation, strengthen teacher capabilities, and set the stage for national rollout, fostering sustainable development and civic responsibility in Moldova.
