3.1. The aims of the Association are to contribute to: - increasing the potential for group work, collaboration and integration; - identifying priority problems in the community and finding the best ways to solve them; - contributing to the development of the community by developing and implementing various social, psychological, legal, environmental, economic, cultural, activism and leadership programs, etc.; - fostering young people's initiative to participate in solving problems in society; - developing partnership relations both at community level and with similar organizations at home and abroad; - developing professional, leadership and personal effectiveness skills; - developing, implementing/carrying out, evaluating and monitoring different projects at local/national and international level in order to develop the social-economic potential and to achieve the statutory objectives of the Association; - providing services of administrative-technical support and sectoral expertise in the development and implementation of various social-economic activities and projects at local/national and international level; - facilitating the access of members and potential members to financial and informational resources;
