MMCC Global through its unique educational entertainment and social circus activities, has improved social skills, facilitated healing & trauma recovery of over 4 million children and youth since 2002. Through this intervention, MMCC Global with its national partner, Koinonia, aim to build local capacity and confidence of Rohingya and host community youth and children in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh. The youth and children will be trained to take lead and organize social circus, psycho-social activities, and educational entertainment shows. The intervention provides a tailored program to local needs and realities focusing on building capacity in the communities and thereby ensure sustainability. The expected outputs include: • 9 young leaders trained in leading social circus, and workshops for children and community members • 100+ children in 3 communities participate in social circus and other psycho-social activities • 18 educational entertaining shows reaching 2700+ community members
