This project will be addressed to the people, who have been completely affected by Yagis Typhoon, in Myitkyina, Waingmaw, Chihpwi township and Mandalay region. Affected vulnerable people by flooding who are in needs of food security and WASH related assistances, will be prioritized to receive the benefit from this project. In this project, we will focus on supporting 4.176 population (Male- 1945, Female- 2231) affected persons to secure in food security and WASH assistances. The activities is done soon but follow up will continue until mid July 2025. We are using Cask transfer and wash related items are procured locally. KBC relies on its strong network of churches and widespread organisation to assist the vulnerable persons. The project will be implemented by Kachin Baptist Convention Humanitarian and Development Department - an auxiliary/member of Myanmar Baptist Convention.
