Podolian Agency for Regional Development (PARD)

The Podolian Agency for Regional Development is an NGO that operates in different regions of Ukraine. The organization has been operating since 2007 and has over 18 years of experience working with communities. Mission is to create opportunities for citizens to work together to develop their communities through social innovation, education and support, applied sustainable projects, becoming active participants of changes. Vision: we strive to become a workshop of real-world experience for active citizens and communities that changes the country, restoring and shaping Ukraine's competitiveness through innovation, sustainability and cooperation. Our areas of activity 1. Recovery through transformation: Preparation and support of recovery plans, transformation of economic structures. 2. Help and resilience: Rehabilitating veterans, IDPs and families through programmes such as the “ReStart” camp and the “Dream Factory” youth science park. 3. Security of communities and civil society organizations: Training, preparation of plans, support, involvement of veterans in security processes. 4. “Green” and social entrepreneurship: Development of cooperative and social enterprises based on the principles of sustainable development. 5. Proper municipal governance: Creating conditions for active public participation through public consultations and dialogue with the authorities. The organization's strength is its sustainability: it has its own office of more than 200 square meters, equipped with the necessary equipment and furniture, its own vehicles and other necessary resources. The organization is officially registered in Vinnytsia, but operates all over Ukraine. Currently, the Podolian Agency for Regional Development has Memoranda of Cooperation with 35 communities in Sumy, Chernihiv, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions. The organization also has a qualified team with the necessary competencies, skills, and experience.
