Enabling Social Impact Consulting Group

ESI Consulting Group was established in 2017 by professionals with over a decade of experience in USAID-funded reforms and is now among Armenia’s leading organizations in rights-based, evidence-informed policy development in the social sector. Its mission is to empower informed decision-making through research, capacity building, policy modeling, and promotion of international best practices while fostering collaboration between government and civil society. Over the past eight years, ESI has implemented 13 national projects focused on disability inclusion, social protection, data system modernization, and care standards reform. The organization has played a central role in developing and rolling out Armenia’s ICF-based disability assessment model, supporting the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs in aligning national standards with CRPD principles. ESI also provides technical assistance, conducts policy research, and delivers certified training programs for professionals, positioning itself as a trusted partner in advancing inclusive and sustainable social development in Armenia.
