Since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine ETOC (Kharkiv branch) helps the Ukrainian Defense Forces, evacuate civilians near the contact line, provide humanitarian aid to Internally Displaced Persons, provide medical equipment for stabilization centers and hospitals, conversion of cars into case/med evacuation vehicles and mobile dentistry and rescue animals from hot spots.
