From the statutes of Back to Life (the most essential part): 4. SUBJECT, PURPOSE, OBJECTIVES AND MAIN FORMS OF CHARITY ACTIVITIES 4.1. The Fund is created for the purpose of carrying out charitable activities in the interests of society and certain categories of citizens, as well as for the purpose of carrying out planned activities aimed at to ensure a high quality of life for citizens, primarily those who have health problems or are in an unfavorable social situation, to carry out other activities aimed at ensuring the interests of society. The purpose of the Foundation is to carry out charitable activities aimed at promoting activities in the areas defined by this Charter. 4.2. The subject of the Fund's activities is: - facilitating the implementation of measures to ensure national security and defense, repel and deter armed aggression of the Russian Federation in a manner not prohibited by law; - providing charitable assistance to combatants (servicemen, reservists, conscripts), employees of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard of Ukraine, territorial defense, and other military formations formed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine that protect (protected) the independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of Ukraine, take (took) direct participation in combatants, as well as assistance to family members of such combatants; - assistance to war veterans, persons with disabilities, veterans of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), the National Guard of Ukraine (NGU), the State Border Service of Ukraine (SBSU), the Special Operations Forces (SOF) of the National Police of Ukraine (NPU), the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), the State Special Transport Service, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES), the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine, other military formations, in particular the territorial defense forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as law enforcement agencies and other ….
