All CISU grant holders are obliged to immediately (within a maximum of 14 days) report to CISU if they discover (or have reasonable suspicion of) fraud, corruption, misuse, or any other irregularities related to the grant.

Reporting to CISU is required, if:
- The suspicion directly involves CISU funds
- The suspicion involves funds from other donors and the same management personnel are involved in the CISU grant
- If an internal or external investigation is initiated (external audit, legal investigation, or similar)
- Political and reputational risks

Form for reporting irregularities
CISU is obligated to inform the Ministry of Foreign Affairs about all reports concerning CISU's pools funded by the Ministry. Reported cases of corruption, misuse, and irregularities will be published in brief on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' website.
