The project aims to enhance engagement among LGBTQ+ individuals in Denmark for global LGBTQ+ rights by increasing knowledge, identification, and action. It addresses polarization within the LGBTQ+ community, where many feel disconnected from or unaccountable for global challenges. The target groups include LGBTQ+ individuals and allies at regional Prides, participants at Folkemødet, and the broader LGBTQ+ population in Denmark. Key activities include a seminar with LGBTQ+ activists from the Global South, panel discussions at Folkemødet, and a storytelling campaign presenting personal narratives from global LGBTQ+ communities. The campaign encourages target groups to take concrete actions such as sharing messages, attending events, or supporting movements. The goal is to foster a sense of community and responsibility while promoting solidarity and action for global LGBTQ+ rights.
