Resume

‘Catalyzing Change’ is a collaboration between RAISE and five partners: ISER in Uganda, IEJ in South Africa, CEDOS in Ukraine, ESI in Armenia and Arunala Institute in Indonesia. The overall objective is to improve access to social protection for vulnerable groups in the partner countries. The programme will contribute to this by strengthening the capacity of civil society organisations for knowledge production and advocacy and improving collaboration between organisations (the specific objective). Four outcomes are expected to be achieved during the project: 1) Civil society organisations have improved capacity to advocate for improved access to social protection; 2) Partner organisations collaborate with each other and with other organisations; 3) Partner organizations engage in international policy agendas on social protection; 4) Civil society organisations in the partner countries carry out effective advocacy to improve national social protection systems.
