The project employs a holistic strategy to address the full spectrum of veteran reintegration, from foundational mental health and psychosocial support to employment, with the ultimate goal of elevating a marginalised societal group. Veteran civil society organisations are strengthened to provide these crucial services, acting as a bridge between veterans and opportunities for decent work. This integrated approach ensures that veterans are not only job-ready but also have the support systems in place to achieve long-term social and economic stability.
