This intervention is about improving the life opportunities of young LGBT+ people, and adolescent girls and young women (AGYW) by strengthening movements for change and facilitating positive shifts in community and state responses to these vulnerable and marginalised groups. The age group 15-24 are the focus. This will be done through 2 parallel and closely interwoven tracks of work: 1) In depth work in the interface between community and local government structures in the Keetmanshoop community in the South of Namibia, and 2) national level influence work by Positive Vibes in coordination with other CSOs and bringing in the experiences and voices from the community level work into government policy work and into the national media.
