Resume

Ahead of Armenia’s 29 November 2026 local elections in five communities across Lori, Shirak and Tavush, We Youth NGO will run a three-month initiative combining targeted social-media voter outreach with independent, non-partisan election observation. Some 45 trained observers (40 stationary, 5 mobile) will cover roughly 35-40% of the estimated 100-110 polling stations, with about 20% of observers drawn from residents displaced from Artsakh in 2023 - who are voting in Armenian local elections for the first time. Outreach uses evidence-based voter-mobilisation techniques delivered by peer messengers, and further develops ArmVoter, Armenia’s civic-tech election tool built for Gen Z voters. Findings are consolidated into a public report and presented directly to the Central Election Commission at a roundtable with peer observer organisations, turning documentation into concrete recommendations for electoral integrity and inclusive civic participation.
