We Youth NGO of Lori Region (registered 2016) has delivered 15+ programmes since 2016 across all 10 regions of Armenia. During Armenia’s June 2026 parliamentary election, We Youth NGO ran three initiatives: - “Azat Qve” observation mission, carried out together with Youth for Change NGO – 67 accredited observers, 30 polling stations, 32 documented incidents, and a successful RA Administrative Court case establishing observer-accreditation rights (Case No. ՎԴ/6250/05/26), a precedent now available to other Armenian CSOs. - REGION (funded by the German Marshall Fund) - reached 806 residents directly, including 132 people displaced from Artsakh, and built ArmVoter, Armenia’s first civic-tech election chatbot for Gen Z voters (392 users, 2,516 sessions, 26 logged incident reports in its first cycle). - A Youth-led Oversight initiative, funded by ERIM. Youth for Change NGO is not a partner in this project – its role is limited to having co-organised the “Azat Qve” mission above. None of these three initiatives was CISU-funded, so this application does not raise a “repeat intervention” issue under CISU’s rules. The Danish Helsinki Committee for Human Rights is a Danish institution working for the promotion and upholding of human rights. The Committee focuses on human rights issues in the OSCE countries and has previously worked on legal monitoring and civil-society projects and education in the eastern and south-eastern OSCE area.
