Resume

This project seeks to strengthen the Mayuge Community House in Uganda as a hub for cooperation, education, and community activities. The intervention focuses on establishing sustainable coordination mechanisms and local ownership while establishing frames for the use of the community house and library for continuous education. Activities include forming a democratically elected board, enhancing the community library, and organizing community-engagement events like workshops. By empowering youth and community groups the project aims to foster democratic values, build leadership skills, and support grassroots development for inclusive and sustainable civil society growth, including capacity building of the teachers and youth in the area.
