The project, implemented by The Alliance for Public Health in Ukraine and AIDS-Fondet in Denmark, will improve access to sexual, mental health, and HIV prevention services for Key Populations in Ukraine, while protecting and advancing their rights and influence. The project focuses on people who use drugs, LGBT+, people engaged in high-risk sexual practices, and vulnerable women and adolescent girls - directly engaging 301.277 individuals and 165 groups. Amid war, displacement, disruption, and stigma, the project combines digital outreach with physical access points to connect KPs to HIV services, mental health support, and legal protection. Evidence gathered through these channels strengthens civil society capacity and informs advocacy with national and international duty bearers, embedding inclusive approaches into public systems. By amplifying voices and influencing policy, the project fosters resilience, rights protection, and sustained access to essential health services.
