The intervention will provide timely lifesaving multi-sectoral assistance to vulnerable displaced and non-displaced persons, who are affected by the war in Ukraine. Through provision of acute material humanitarian assistance, protection and Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS), as well as capacity building of Ukrainian partners in delivering humanitarian aid, the proposed intervention will reduce vulnerability of affected population, especially the most vulnerable groups. The action will be implemented by DIGNITY's Ukrainian civil society partners who have shifted their modalities and now apply their core skills in MHPSS and legal protection for survivors of torture and violence to assist vulnerable people affected by the war in Ukraine. Beneficiaries are identified via grassroot civil society networks and volunteers and in collaboration with local authorities. Selection is done on transparent criteria. CHS will guide the action
