The project strengthens Regina Pacis’ capacity to deliver sustained, gender-sensitive support to vulnerable young women in Chisinau, while helping participants gain confidence, employability skills, and pathways into dignified work or micro-enterprise. Capacity is built through joint design of non-formal learning methods, hands-on training of Regina Pacis’ staff, and side-by-side facilitation during an intensive residential camp for 20 vulnerable young women. Tailored mentoring, practical referrals, and employer linkages consolidate learning amongst the direct beneficiaries and create real labour-market opportunities. The project ensures long-term impact by leaving Regina Pacis with trained staff, tested non-formal education methods, and referral protocols, enabling low-cost replication and stronger local support systems.
