The project aims to deepen collaboration between Care4People (C4P) and Hands of Hope (HoH), strengthen their organisational capacities, foster learning among volunteers, and explore inter-local partnerships. It also includes preparing a draft strategy document. The main activities include meetings and workshops with C4P, HoH, and local stakeholders in and around Tororo, focusing on learning about project planning, financial reporting, agricultural economics and agricultural skills. Participants will include partner staff, volunteers, agricultural advisors and school students, as the school curriculum will involve agricultural technical skills. The intended change is increased engagement and capacity among HoH organisation to define problems and propose solutions to challenges faced by the community
