Asociatia Obsteasca "SYNERGY" din Moldova

NGO “Synergy Moldova” is a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to fostering sustainable development through social innovation and collaboration. Our mission is to create synergies between microenterprises, civil society, and public authorities to address shared challenges and unlock mutual benefits for all stakeholders. We work to strengthen Moldova’s social fabric by supporting inclusive economic development, promoting social responsibility, and driving community-based solutions. Our approach bridges sectors traditionally seen as separate—business, government, and civil society—by identifying common interests and developing joint initiatives that improve social cohesion, economic resilience, and civic trust. One of our core areas of work is in social programs that target vulnerable groups. This includes initiatives to combat bullying, which we approach not just as a school-based issue, but as a broader social problem that undermines youth well-being, inclusion, and long-term participation in society. In line with our synergy model, our anti-bullying project brings together educators, parents, youth organizations, businesses, and local authorities to build supportive environments, raise awareness, and empower young people with tools for resilience and civic engagement. By leveraging the strengths and resources of multiple sectors, Synergy Moldova aims to generate lasting social impact—stimulating local development, improving public well-being, and helping young people see a future for themselves in Moldova.
