The Institute for Global Education, Exchange, and Internship (IGEEI) is a non-stock, non-profit organization in the Philippines dedicated to promoting global education, sustainable development, and capacity building. Established to bridge gaps in education and organizational development, IGEEI leverages experiential and non-formal learning strategies to provide innovative and contextualized solutions for its stakeholders. Since its creation, the IGEEI has prioritized fostering Filipino global competitiveness by optimizing ASEAN Integration strategies, EU-Asia cooperation, and Asia-Pacific education collaboration. Our activities include work-based learning opportunities, training, people-to-people exchanges, and forums, enabling stakeholders to gain relevant skills, expand networks, and stay informed about global trends. We also connect individuals and institutions to postgraduate certification and master's programs, emphasizing inclusivity and accessibility, regardless of social, economic, or geographic status. Aside from this, we have a track record of addressing local development challenges across the Philippines, particularly in Bohol, where we have mobilized over 5,000 volunteers, contributing to sustainable tourism, youth empowerment, and environmental initiatives. Its capacity-building interventions have supported NGOs and government offices in advancing the Sustainable Development Goals, social inclusion, climate resilience, and policy reforms. Moreover, by partnering with global networks and organizations, we strive to amplify local advocacies on a global stage, empowering communities and fostering sustainable, inclusive growth. Guided by its mission, IGEEI remains committed to enabling lifelong learning, collaboration, and innovation for all.
