Resume

This project aims to empower 30 youth leaders from grassroots organisations in Southern Africa through a five-day Climate Justice Youth Camp in Emalahleni, South Africa. The camp will build awareness of climate justice, develop organising and advocacy skills, and foster regional solidarity. Participants will critically engage with government-led "just transition" strategies and co-develop local action plans, ensuring youth are equipped to influence climate policy and resist extractivist agendas. The project will contribute to long-term youth-led mobilisation, culminating in participation in the People’s Summit for COP30 in Brazil.
