Resume

This project strengthens Moldova’s child protection system by enhancing the capacity and coordination of Multidisciplinary Teams (MDTs) at the local, district, and national levels. Through training, structured collaboration, and civil society integration, the project equips MDT practitioners with the tools to detect, prevent, and respond to child vulnerability more effectively. It builds on insights from national authorities, civil society actors, and local practitioners, ensuring that prevention efforts are community-driven and sustainable. Key activities include capacity-building for MDTs, development of coordination mechanisms, and facilitation of structured feedback loops between public institutions and civil society. The intended change is a more proactive, well-coordinated, and inclusive MDT system that strengthens early intervention and social prevention, ultimately improving protection and support for vulnerable children and youth across Moldova.
