The Danish Afghanistan Committee (DAC) is an none political association based on private membership with a voluntary unpaid board. DAC was founded in 1984 and has been working with health care projects and humanitarian assistance in Afghanistan (originally Pakistan for Afghan refugees) and in Herat since 1997
