Resume

This program is an alliance of 7 child rights organizations united by our strategic institutional priorities on children's participation and violence prevention. Children are the central rights holders and protagonists. Our ambition is for socially vulnerable children in Latin America to enjoy the fulfillment of their rights and become active citizens who defend their rights and actively participate in and influence their societies which are characterized by violences and deteriorating civic space. While the program strategy and intervention logic build on the strengths and competencies of the local partners and on the significant results and learnings of phase 3, this phase sets new ambitions to children’s empowerment and ways of working in the alliance. Local partners have strong legitimacy among the target group and possess the necessary management capacity. Lastly, the program has an ambitious popular engagement initiative targeted FOA, BUPL, SL and social education students.
