Rebuild Aid Foreningen

Rebuild Aid Forening er en dansk medlems- og frivilligbaseret civilsamfundsorganisation. Arbejdet i Afghanistan begyndte i 2007, og foreningen blev formelt stiftet i 2012. Foreningen gennemfører humanitær bistand og langsigtet udvikling gennem ligeværdige partnerskaber med lokale organisationer, herunder Saifrood Unity and Aid Organization (SUAO). Rebuild Aid har erfaring med nødhjælp, beskyttelse, civil dokumentation, uddannelse, sundhed, aktivt medborgerskab og klimatilpassede leveveje. En medlemsvalgt bestyrelse leder foreningen, og frivillige bidrager til projekter, monitorering og læring. Arbejdet reguleres af 11 vedtagne politikker (version 3.01) om økonomistyring, indkøb, anti-korruption/-svig, anti-terror/sanktioner, kontanthåndtering, børnebeskyttelse, safeguarding/PSEA, whistleblowing, klager og uregelmæssigheder, MEAL, adfærd og interessekonflikter. I juni 2026 gennemførte CISU et tilsynsbesøg med fokus på organisation, ansvarlighed, økonomistyring og projektforvaltning.
